These 2 hour classes will introduce MELT as a unique self-treatment approach that uses specialized soft foam rollers and small hand and foot balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. You will learn simple self-care techniques you can use every day to make your body feel better! To see a full description of The MELT Method, click here:

UPCOMING INTRO WORKSHOPS:

No workshops are currently scheduled. Please contact Shannon to get on the waiting lists for ongoing classes.

With MELT, you can relieve the common aches and pains of aging as well as improving your performance in yoga, sports, golf, swimming and any other activities you do in your spare time.  It reduces inflammation, eases chronic neck and low back strain, and improves alignment.

The key to MELT is it’s focus on the connective tissue in the body. Connective tissue supports, protects and stabilizes every aspect of your body, including your muscles, bones, organs, nerves and joints. MELT improves the fluid quality of this tissue, so that everything works together efficiently in every movement you do.
